Gym Leader Roxie

ahhh I haven't done anything in so lonnng

So here is that new gym leader for BW2. I have to say, I'm really liking her. Not so keen on Shizui, Achroma or the male protag, but the female protag, rival and this little lady have all really grown on me.

Try not to think too much about how messy this is OTL I didn't try as hard as I probably should have. Thick lines are not my friend.
